Job Description :

The QA Lead will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process within the development lifecycle. This includes managing QA teams, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and coordinating testing efforts to identify and resolve bugs before release. The QA Lead will also define testing strategies, automate testing where possible, and maintain testing standards across projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to ensure effective test coverage and quality processes.
• Develop and implement test strategies and plans to ensure quality in software releases.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to define quality goals and scope of testing.
• Monitor and report on defect trends and work with the team to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that automated tests are developed and maintained effectively, reducing manual testing efforts.

Skill & Experience :

• Proven experience in leading QA teams and overseeing quality assurance processes.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes (manual and automated).
• Experience with automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
